Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Salon platform ("Platform") operated by AI Salon Pty Ltd ("AI Salon", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Overview
AI Salon is an online marketplace that connects clients with licensed cosmetic and aesthetic clinics and practitioners ("Clinic Partners"). We facilitate discovery, booking, and management of aesthetic appointments. AI Salon is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific medical treatments. All clinical decisions are made by the licensed practitioners at your chosen clinic.
3. Account Registration
To book appointments through AI Salon, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Promptly update your information if it changes. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Bookings and Appointments
When you book an appointment through AI Salon, you are entering into a direct agreement with the Clinic Partner for the provision of services. AI Salon facilitates this booking but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the clinic. Booking confirmations are sent via email. It is your responsibility to review confirmation details and notify us promptly of any errors. Appointment times are subject to clinic availability and may change — the clinic will notify you if any changes occur.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by clinic and are displayed at the time of booking. In general: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee as specified by the clinic. • No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee at the clinic's discretion. To cancel or reschedule, please use the platform or contact the clinic directly. AI Salon is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by Clinic Partners.
6. Payments
Payment for treatments is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By providing your payment details, you authorise AI Salon to charge the agreed amount for your booking. All prices displayed on the Platform are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. AI Salon may charge a small service fee to facilitate the booking — this will be disclosed clearly before payment is confirmed.
7. Clinic Partner Conduct
AI Salon vets all Clinic Partners before listing them on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of treatments provided by Clinic Partners. Any disputes regarding the quality of services should be raised directly with the clinic in the first instance. If a serious issue arises that cannot be resolved with the clinic, please contact AI Salon support. We will work in good faith to assist in resolution, but our liability is limited as described in Section 9.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the AI Salon Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AI Salon Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews), but grant AI Salon a non-exclusive licence to display and use it on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, AI Salon's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total fees paid by you to AI Salon in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Clinic Partners or for the outcomes of treatments you receive.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. AI Salon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Platform. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
